NICE WHEELS

Twenty-five years after his Well-Tempered Chair, Ron Arad has used a similar process--in which the naturally sprung properties of tempered steel, bolted in tension, gives a natural yield or “softness”--to build a bike with wheels made of sprung steel.

BURNING BEAST 2011

An experience like no other, Burning Beast 2011 was one meat-loving experience. I think we ate nine different animals in about an hour. It was only due to lack of stomach capacity, we were not able to try all the offerings. Looking forward to BB12!

FIGHT CANCER

PAINTINGS TO FIGHT CANCER
Spring is here, and that’s reason enough to get out of the house. If you need another reason, this April I will be donating 100% of all sales from my studio to help fight cancer. I'll have a wide-selection of limited edition t-shirts and paintings on wood blocks and canvas, all starting at just $25. Proceeds from all sales will be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Just a few weeks ago, my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. She is currently doing well with the first steps of chemotherapy. One of my brothers is participating in a charity bike ride this summer for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He has set a goal to raise $4,200! I made a promise to do everything I can to help. Now we need your help.

Feel free to pass this message on to friends, family and co-workers who may also be interested. You can track the fund raising efforts, or make a donation directly, see link below.
